INHALTSANGABE & DETAILS : Die Navy-Seals sind eine der am besten ausgebildeten Elite-Einheiten der USA und der Welt. Eines der Teams wird zu einer Mission in den Libanon geschickt und soll amerikanische Gefangene befreien, die bei ihrem Einsatz in deren Hubschrauber abgeschossen wurden. Bei der Rettungsaktion entdecken die Soldaten mehrere gestohlene Raketen, treten aber schleunigst den Rückzug an, ohne die Raketen zu entschärfen. Während der Mission lassen sie einen vermeintlich ungefährlichen Gefangenen frei laufen, der sich später als Führer einer terroristischen Vereinigung herausstellt. So muss sich das Navy-Seals-Team von ihren Vorgesetzten berechtigte Vorwürfe machen. In Zusammenarbeit mit einer Reporterin, die Kontakte zu den Terroristen zu haben scheint, macht sich die angeschlagene Truppe auf die Suche nach den Terroristen.
